About The Position
Luther Park Community is seeking an Interim ADON for Trinity Center at Luther Park Community, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility which specializes in Dementia Care. The ideal candidate has a love for the elderly, promotes teamwork, is a great communicator and mentor to staff and is grounded in excellent resident care. This interim position would begin as soon as all requirements are met and run until August/September of 2026.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse who currently possesses a valid license in good standing in the state of Iowa.
- Must be well-versed in human relations and administrative management.
- Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families and government regulators, and to work cooperatively with other associates at all levels.
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of previous leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Provides clinical management leadership and direction to nursing personnel through planning, organizing and carrying out nursing services.
- Responsible for orienting all licensed personnel, regardless of shift, to the facility.
- Responsible for instructing and supervising nursing personnel.
- Complies with established policies and procedures.
