Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline AND two (2) years of professional coaching experience, OR An Associate’s degree in any discipline AND six (6) years of professional coaching experience.
• The professional experience required must be directly related to the sport of the faculty member’s teaching assignment.
• Demonstrated cultural competency, sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.
• Successful coaching experience at the collegiate level, preferably in the designated sport.
• Successful recruiting experience at the collegiate level.
