Inter City Fleet Driver/Transporter
About The Position
Avis Budget Group is hiring an Inter City Fleet Driver/Transporter to move rental vehicles between locations, including rental sites, maintenance facilities, and other designated lots, according to operational needs. The role helps ensure vehicles are available where needed to support customer demand and a positive customer experience. The driver follows established driving standards and safety procedures and supports smooth fleet operations. This position requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely. The advertised pay is $15.00 per hour; a shift premium may apply. The role includes on-the-job training and requires flexibility to work all shifts. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work all shifts.
- Comfort driving a variety of vehicles in all weather conditions.
- Ability to frequently enter and exit vehicles, sit for extended periods, get up and down from a seated position, and remain active throughout the shift.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to work on-site; the position cannot be performed remotely.

- Transport vehicles safely and efficiently to help ensure availability where needed to support customer demand.
