About The Position

Carrier Sekani Family Services (CSFS) is seeking an Intensive Family Therapeutic Clinician to serve families whose children are at imminent risk of placement or who are in placement and cannot be reunified without intensive therapeutic in-home services. This role involves providing therapeutic services primarily in client homes and other locations typical of a family’s routine. Sessions will be scheduled at times convenient for families, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, requiring a flexible workweek. The clinician will also be available after hours for crisis situations outlined at intake, with a requirement to advise their supervisor if unavailable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or closely related field and at least three years of experience working with children and families, using crisis intervention and counseling required.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, or experience may be considered.

• Graduate degree in counseling, or a closely related field preferred.
