A grant-funded position through the Department of Children and Families, the IFBS Program Coordinator works with the IFBS clinician and IFBS Case Manager to provide family screening and assessment, family plan, brief and intensive therapeutic and behavioral interventions that are often based in the family home, parenting education and support services and linkages to other services for families at risk, with the goal of building the family’s internal resources to prevent abuse or neglect. May have the task of helping parents accessing treatment for mental health and/or substance abuse and addiction treatment needs. Will be responsible for supervision of IFBS Case Manager, coordination of all IFBS services and monthly reporting and billing.
