Intelligent Automation Co-Op
About The Position
Members of the AI & Automation team will work on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automated processes. This role involves actively participating in team meetings, offering valuable insights and ideas to tackle complex problems. The co-op will design, develop, and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes. The position requires the ability to implement the full lifecycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and develop, test, and deploy automation solutions. The role will leverage AI & automation tools, including but not limited to: Sema4.ai, Python, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and SQL. Additionally, the co-op will apply Lean concepts and process improvement methodologies, utilize the Scrum agile project management framework, and work with process owners to understand and map out their processes. The role will employ change management techniques as new and improved processes are implemented, conduct validations with process owners, and perform an end-to-end business validation upon completion of development effort. The co-op will work closely with the team to deploy projects into production, complete required documentation including lessons learned, and execute knowledge transfer. A strong passion for learning and growth, remaining open to feedback and new experiences is expected. Other duties, as needed, may also be assigned.
Requirements
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Engineering, Business, or IT
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing demands
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration mindset
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 products

Responsibilities
