About The Position

GCI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Intelligence Operations Support professional to gather, analyze, and disseminate intelligence information in support of organizational decision-making. The role involves collecting, triaging, and reviewing information from a variety of sources; identifying trends, patterns, and threats; and communicating findings clearly and concisely to decision-makers.

The position oversees intelligence reporting and sharing, provides continuous intelligence watch, monitors Indications and Warning (I&W), and maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas. The employee may coach less-experienced professionals and serve as a team or task lead. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and hold an active/current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Active/current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence operations.
• Experience supporting intelligence operations, such as watch operations or knowledge management.
• Specific certifications or education/training may be required depending on job assignment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee current and emergent intelligence reporting to customers, including updating, maintaining, and disseminating intelligence products.
• Oversee, execute, and track intelligence sharing among multiple stakeholders.
• Provide continuous intelligence watch and maintain communication with relevant components and partner agencies.
• Monitor Indications and Warning (I&W) and determine when a threat should be communicated to the relevant authority.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
• May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.
• May serve as a team or task lead.
• Gather, triage, review, and analyze information from a variety of sources to identify trends, patterns, and threats.
• Disseminate intelligence findings to decision-makers clearly and concisely.
