Intelligence Expert/Exercise Designer (Fort Leavenworth, KS)
About The Position
Motive International is seeking an Intelligence Expert/Exercise Designer to support the U.S. Army’s Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). This role involves designing and executing large-scale military exercises, specifically the Warfighter Exercise (WFX) series for Army Corps and Division echelons. The successful candidate will be part of the Unified Action Partner (UAP) cell, an embedded team of interagency subject matter experts (SMEs) responsible for designing the civil domain elements of exercise scenarios to ensure a complex, realistic training environment. This position requires on-site work at MCTP HQ at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas, supporting the full exercise lifecycle design and planning tasks, with travel to exercise locations throughout the year. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Requirements
- U.S. citizen with minimum SECRET security clearance
- Master’s degree
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the Intelligence domain
- Overseas professional experience in complex crisis or contingency environment
- Willingness to reside permanently in the Ft. Leavenworth, KS, area
- Ability to travel up to 20% time, including to OCONUS locations
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior service in/around CIA, NSA, or other IC agencies
- Solid understanding of the military/civil-military operations
- Familiarity with military exercise lifecycle/exercise design or planning experience
