Motive International is seeking a Humanitarian Affairs Expert/Exercise Designer to support the U.S. Army’s Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). This role involves designing and executing large-scale military exercises, specifically focusing on the civil domain elements of exercise scenarios to ensure a complex, realistic training environment. The expert will be part of the Unified Action Partner (UAP) cell, an embedded team of interagency subject matter experts (SMEs) working on-site at MCTP HQ in Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. Responsibilities include supporting the full exercise lifecycle design and planning tasks, and traveling to CONUS and OCONUS locations where exercises are held. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring U.S. citizenship and a SECRET security clearance.
