About The Position

Barbaricum is seeking skilled and adaptive Intelligence Systems Engineers to support the integration and application of intelligence systems and technologies across USSOCOM, its Components, and global partners. The role enhances Special Operations Forces (SOF) capabilities through tailored software training, technology integration, and intelligence analysis support.

The successful candidate will provide expert instruction on SOCOM programs of record and emerging intelligence platforms, supporting current and future technologies integrated into unit intelligence production workflows. The role also includes advising SOF units on intelligence platform use and communicating intelligence and operational findings to senior leadership.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience effectively communicating intelligence and operations insights to senior leaders.
• At least 4 years of analytical experience in at least two intelligence disciplines: HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, or OSINT.
• At least 3 years of experience using intelligence software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access), Analyst Notebook, M3 or other research/reporting tools (such as Catapult, Palantir, FADE), and HOT-R or CHROME (or similar CI/HUMINT tools).
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

• Proficiency, or high potential to gain proficiency, to enable and train software capabilities across the Operations, Intelligence warfighting functions, and tactical Mission Planning and Execution domains.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and support for intelligence tools and technologies related to HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT/IMINT, and OSINT.
• Tailor courses and user training for SOCOM programs of record and emerging commercial or government-sponsored systems.
• Advise SOF units on leveraging intelligence platforms to build a comprehensive operational picture.
• Support the integration of new technologies into existing unit intelligence production schedules.
• Communicate intelligence and operational findings to senior leadership accurately and clearly.
