About The Position

As the Intelligence Data Integration Team Lead, the candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the contract, including staffing, financial management, and technical and programmatic reporting. This role involves overseeing employees and subcontractors, with a key requirement for familiarity and ability to manage LOE (Level of Effort) and completion contract types, as well as a basic understanding of cost-reimbursable contracts. The Team Lead will direct the work of assigned employees and subcontractors from technical and administrative perspectives, providing leadership and mentoring. A crucial aspect of this role is working seamlessly with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and key customer decision-makers to maintain the technical, cost, and schedule baseline and generate deliverables. The Advanced Analytics Team Lead will collaborate with the customer to define tasks and set expectations. The position is responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies. This includes preparing Staffing Plans, potentially recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff, assigning staff, and providing technical direction. The role involves monitoring contracts, subcontracts, and funding, preparing forecasts of financial performance, and developing and delivering required reports. Assistance will be provided to new staff members, and coordination with Security for orientation will be necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Intelligence Studies, Data Science, Computer Science, Political Science, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
  • Experience working across Defense Department and/or Intelligence Community agencies to develop and implement advanced analytic capabilities and methodologies to enhance intelligence integration across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise
  • Knowledge of and experience working across various Defense Intelligence Agency organizations and across Defense Intelligence Enterprise stakeholders
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience supporting Defense Intelligence Enterprise programs, including direct experience managing or overseeing intelligence analysis and collection activities and production requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams of intelligence officers, including assigning workloads, reviewing tasks or other production for rigor and responsiveness, and providing mentorship and performance evaluations
  • Demonstrated experience integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) tools and methodologies into intelligence analysis or collection workflows.
  • Experience applying Large Language Model (LLM) platforms (e.g., GPT-based tools, classified AI environments) to meet intelligence requirements such as assessment summarization, entity extraction, document exploitation, and automated reporting pipelines
  • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interface effectively across all levels of government, including SES, Flag Officer, and Senior Executive stakeholders, via written and oral forums
  • Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with IC-specific analytic tools and platforms (e.g., Palantir, Analyst Notebook, Intelink, classified cloud environments)
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly

Responsibilities

  • Assisting new staff members in starting work on new tasks.
  • Coordinating with Security on crossover and orientation and providing time and attendance instructions and assistance as needed.
