About The Position

The Intelligence Automation Business Analyst will work with an Agile team to develop digital products supporting client missions. This role involves advancing business analytics and processes, exploring technology trends, and delivering user-friendly client experiences. The analyst will use AI-assisted development tools to translate complex business requirements into structured Markdown Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and validate AI-generated code. Collaborating with engineers, architects, developers, scientists, user experience specialists, and product managers, the analyst will identify client business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. The goal is to understand client needs clearly and guide the team in creating deployable features that deliver high business value products to users and clients. This position is located in Atlanta, GA, and aims to impact the healthcare industry.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager in an agile software development environment.
Experience with AI‑assisted coding and product design tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Figma AI.
Knowledge of prompt engineering fundamentals such as Role, Context, Constraints, or Output Format.
Knowledge of Agile delivery practices and standard Markdown or Git workflows.
Ability to translate stakeholder needs into detailed, context‑rich product requirement documents (PRDs), including user stories and acceptance criteria using Given, When, and Then formatting.
Ability to review code syntax, understand basic API integrations, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

Experience defining AI‑specific performance metrics such as hallucination thresholds, latency targets, or model quality criteria.
Experience driving AI‑assisted PRD‑to‑code workflows, including setting rules, constraints, and project scopes in AI development environments.
Experience conducting structured code reviews of AI‑generated outputs and validating alignment to modern architecture standards.
Ability to synthesize multi‑disciplinary feedback such as UX, Legal, or Engineering into rapid product iterations.
