About The Position

The BI Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting teams to measure and enhance operational quality and efficiency as part of our continuous improvement initiatives. This position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for developing robust BI and data structures. The BI Analyst leverages data analysis and visualization tools to monitor, refine, and optimize processes and systems in partnership with internal Subject Matter Experts.

Requirements

• Experience 1-3 years business/analysis experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, i.e., pivot tables, power query, automation/macros
• Hands-on experience with designing and developing reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Ability to understand the data, its underlying source and processes, and draw meaningful conclusions from the results
• Strong ability to work with large quantities of detailed data from multiple sources
• Experience with AI tools and techniques to enhance data analysis and reporting
• PowerPoint and think-cell charting
• Strong critical thinking or “creative problem solving” skills
• Exceptional analytic skills and attention to detail
• Excellent ability to understand business processes
• Strong ability to manage constantly shifting priorities and requirements.
• Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change
• Ability to research and implement new processes and programs to work towards automation and efficiency improvements
• Strong initiative and willingness to take on projects in proactive manner

Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems and effectively manage ambiguity and unexpected changes
• Analyze large volumes of data and develop insightful dashboards to provide C-Suite and senior leadership with critical insights for informed decision-making
• Gain a deep understanding of various business units and company initiatives to conduct fact-based analyses that address and resolve identified issues
• Utilize emerging technologies to devise strategies and solutions that enhance business productivity
• Develop, perform, and provide reporting and detailed analyses with the objective of improving processes and systems across functions, ensuring sustainable scalability of data
