About The Position
BAE Systems Intelligence & Security division is seeking a HUMINT Targeting Specialist to join our team at the Defense Intelligence Agency. The candidate will provide direct support to DIA to provide situational awareness and intelligence production and analysis in support of the China Mission Group. Candidate will conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with HUMINT targeting
- Experience with computer-based tools, including CHROME, CRATE, DataXplorer (DX), Mosaic, GCOMS, G2G, NGT, and QLIX
- Experience writing Cables
- Knowledge of the DoW and wider IC
- Ability to create network diagrams using visualization tools such as Analyst Notebook
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience with targeting or 10+ years of experience with targeting in lieu of a degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience with briefing programs for decision at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive level
- Experience with specialized training such as SIGINT or Open-Source Research
- Experience navigating complex mission sets with both DoW and non-DoW Federal Departments and Agencies
- Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
