BAE Systems is seeking an EVMS Surveillance Analyst to join its organization. This role involves working closely with programs to provide direction and guidance in the application of compliant Earned Value processes. Key activities include supporting Integrated Baseline Reviews, baseline start-up, re-plan requirements, and general program execution. The analyst will prepare and analyze monthly program data-driven metrics using DCMA DECM metric templates and Deltek Acumen Fuse. They will also communicate with program personnel for metric audit source data, supporting documentation, and explanations of metric results, assessing and verifying program feedback. Additionally, the role requires interfacing with centralized DCMA earned value leads to coordinate Joint Surveillance reviews and communicate data call requirements. The analyst will collaborate with the Program Excellence (PE) organization to support training requirements, including Control Account Manager training, Earned Value Certification, program startup, integrated baseline review training, Earned Value Tools training, and ad-hoc training requests. The position also involves supporting small IT projects, such as system and tool upgrades, and performing end-user Acumen upgrade testing, verifying accuracy of new version results and metric templates, and modifying metric settings and templates as needed. A crucial part of the role is performing quarterly Control Owner Self-Assessment (COSA) audits, which includes preparing sample data, requesting and reviewing documentation, and preparing reports.
