About The Position
An excellent career opportunity is currently available for an Intellectual Property Paralegal within Brady’s Intellectual Property (IP) Department. Our IP Paralegal will provide general, day-to-day support for the IP Legal Team.
Responsibilities
- Provide paralegal and administrative support to Brady’s Intellectual Property (IP) Legal Team
- Respond to general questions and inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders about Brady’s legal and IP processes
- Identify, create and drive implementation of system, program, and process improvements
- Independently drive the Brady IP product review and patent prosecution processes
- Prepare legal documents and reports
- Manage intellectual property filings and docketing
