About The Position

X UP Brands is a founder-led, Amazon-first ecommerce portfolio company that builds, acquires, and scales niche consumer brands. Currently managing 8 brands across wellness, jewelry, drinkware, and medical accessories, the company is on track to reach $25M in revenue by the end of 2026 and aims for $100M in three years through expansion and improved systems. The company operates on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), and this role is the Integrator position. The Founder & CEO, who serves as the company's Visionary, is seeking an individual to manage the company's day-to-day operations. This role will oversee the leadership team, address problems, and ensure follow-through, thereby enabling the CEO to concentrate on product strategy, growth, and acquisitions. The position has operating authority across all 8 brands and all departments, including DTC, Amazon Advertising, Creative, Operations, Product Development, and Finance. The role requires core hours that overlap with the global leadership team, primarily in the US Eastern Time zone.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing people, not just projects, with experience delivering hard feedback, managing out underperformers, and owning a function end-to-end.
  • E-commerce and Amazon fluency, including Amazon FBA operations, DTC/Shopify, TikTok Shop, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Track record running distributed, global teams, comfortable managing people across different time zones, accents, and communication styles.
  • Comfortable being the accountability layer, not just a coordinator.

  • Experience integrating acquisitions or launching new business units.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve issues that currently fall on the CEO's desk, such as team accountability gaps, cross-department conflicts, and vendor/operational problems.
  • Oversee execution against company revenue targets by translating strategic direction into department-level plans and holding the team accountable.
  • Manage new brand and acquisition integration, building operational plans, setting targets, and ensuring team accountability from day one.
  • Represent the company externally in relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and operational vendors.
  • Build the management layer beneath you, developing department heads into effective people managers.
  • Provide direct partnership to the Founder & CEO with full operating authority across the company.
  • Contribute to strategy, not just execution, influencing how the company scales.
