About The Position

QuaverEd is a rapidly growing, innovative education technology company founded in 2009. Our mission is enriching the lives of children by helping educators to engage students in general music, social and emotional learning, as well as health and physical education. We are headquartered in historic Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee. QuaverEd is seeking an Integrations Support Specialist to join a highly motivated team serving thousands of schools across the nation and around the world. This position will be responsible for onboarding school districts who use our curriculum platform as well as providing frontline phone and email support to school districts. Additional responsibilities may include planning the development of software tools/apps to aid operations.

Requirements

2-year degree, or comparable experience
Previous customer support experience
Experience with authentication protocols such as SAML, LDAP, ADFS, OAuth 1, and OAuth 2
Experience with IMS Global learning standards (LTI, OneRoster, Common Cartridge)
SQL experience (Expert)
Expert knowledge of networking, database systems, and cybersecurity
Working knowledge of software design and development

Responsibilities

Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable communicating directly with customers, teammates, and supervisors on variety of platforms (phone, video call, email, etc)
SQL experience (Proficient)
Problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of networking, database systems, and cybersecurity
