About The Position
The Tech Support Repair Specialist position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing key cutting machine repair calls as well as repairing key cutting machines onsite. This role provides technical support to locksmith customers experiencing issues with key cutters and may involve onsite repair services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Bilingual in both English/Spanish
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support through both incoming and outgoing calls
- Support locksmith customers with key cutter issues
- Provide onsite support for key cutting machines
