Roofing Repair Tech
About The Position
Royalty Roofing is seeking experienced Roofing Repair Technicians to join their elite team. This full-time position offers year-round work, strong pay, and a role that values skilled roofers without the demanding hours of traditional roofing. The role involves diagnosing and repairing roof leaks, performing siding and gutter repairs, and working with metal for trim and fascia. Technicians will also install and repair windows and skylights, ensure installations meet specifications, and manage jobsite materials. The work area starts and ends at either the North Canton or North Olmsted shop, with pay calculated shop-to-shop.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with homeowners and teammates
- Confidence walking and inspecting steep and multi-story roofs
- Solid experience with: Roof leak diagnosis & repairs, Roofing installation (all major systems), Siding installation & repair, Windows and skylight installs
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willing to work Monday-Saturday during peak season
Nice To Haves
- Carpentry and handyman experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair roof leaks on residential and commercial buildings
- Perform siding and gutter repairs
- Use a metal brake for trim and fascia work

- Take required job photos and documentation throughout the project
- Ensure installations meet code and manufacturer specs
- Pick up and return jobsite materials and supplies
