About The Position
As a Roofing Repair Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of commercial equipment and systems. You will be scheduled to go to multiple service calls each day. Review scope, investigate leaks, solve problems and report back to the service manager.
Requirements
- Commercial roofing experience required
- TPO, Metal, Tile and Shingle experience required
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Must pass 3MG Insurance requirements to drive vehicle.
- Strong attention to detail and reporting experience is required
Nice To Haves
- Ability to get forklift certified
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative Maintenance on commercial equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper functionality.
- Review scope, investigate leaks, solve problems and report back to the service manager.
- Take before, during, and after photos on EVERY job.
- Report back to service manager during and after each job.
- Work in a timely manner and maintain quality of work to reduce call backs.
- Provide A+ customer service when on job site.
