About The Position

The Integrations Project Manager is the central driver for all technical integration projects between our B2B platform and client backend systems (ERP, PLM, WMS). This role ensures seamless, accurate, and on-time data synchronization critical to the wholesale process through disciplined project management and exceptional client-facing skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Technical Project Management, Integrations Specialist, or Technical Consulting, preferably within B2B SaaS or retail technology.
  • Proven experience managing data integrations between commercial platforms and back-end systems (e.g., major ERPs, PLM, POS).
  • Experience working with complex data in a relational database and strong foundation in data structures.
  • Basic experience with integration technologies: API, Flat File, and FTP servers.
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Own, manage, drive, test, and support the complete integration lifecycle with clients and strategic partners (ERP/POS systems).
  • Utilize knowledge of platform database intricacies and data flow to proactively identify and resolve complex data exchange obstacles and anomalies.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, manage scope, track progress, and mitigate technical risks to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Serve as the client's single point of contact for all technical, scope, and timeline-related topics throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with third-party vendors and external technical teams for ongoing data exchange operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive, high-quality documentation for projects, specifications, and internal processes.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the Sales and Customer Success teams, consulting with prospective and active clients on their integration requirements and defining feasible implementation strategies.
