About The Position

Pikkit is hiring an Integrations Engineer to build and scale the app used by sports fans. The role owns a broad range of the company’s 50+ integrations, which support features such as viewing bets and sports information and one-click autofill. The integrations support critical product features, and the work is hands-on: writing code, testing, and iterating continually. The engineer will keep integrations across dozens of platforms fast and reliable, design systems that can scale, and use available tools and capabilities to develop solutions to complex problems. The role requires strong software engineering fundamentals and an understanding of how the modern internet works, including networking, HTTP, TLS, and how clients and servers interact. The engineer will learn continuously, suggest and test improvements, and see the impact of their work on the product. Pikkit is a social sports betting app with more than 1 million users, over 20,000 five-star reviews, and more than $30 billion in legal U.S. sports wagers tracked. The approximately 15-person team works in person from the Flatiron office in New York City.
