Integration Specialist

EvenUp
Hybrid

About The Position

EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI, empowering personal injury lawyers and victims. They are a fast-growing vertical SaaS company backed by top VCs. Integration Specialists are the operational backbone of EvenUp's integration delivery pipeline, owning the intake, configuration, and go-live of system integrations between EvenUp and legal Case Management Systems (CMS). This role involves working closely with the sales team to efficiently onboard new customers from signed contract to a live integration. It is primarily internal and operational, managing the intake funnel, organizing concurrent integration projects, and coordinating with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure timely delivery. While customer communication is part of the job, the core focus is building and running a reliable, scalable integration delivery process.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years delivering integrations in SaaS or solution delivery contexts
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and keep them moving
  • Experience working closely with sales or pre-sales teams on intake and scoping
  • Technical fluency: JSON, APIs, data mapping between systems
  • Ability to read and understand code structure without necessarily writing it
  • Comfort with Postman for API testing and basic data validation
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
  • Report building experience (Metabase or equivalent)
  • Agile/Kanban process experience

Nice To Haves

  • SQL proficiency (especially for Metabase queries and troubleshooting)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce/SFDC, Metabase, Temporal, or Workbench
  • Experience with legal tech or case management platforms
  • Hands-on experience with EvenUp's EU Portal, Demands, or Playbooks

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to intake new integration requests efficiently — qualifying scope, gathering requirements, and translating deals into actionable project plans
  • Manage a portfolio of concurrent customer integration projects using agile methodologies (Kanban, Jira), maintaining clear status visibility across all active work
  • Drive projects from kickoff to go-live, coordinating internal stakeholders (CS, Support, Product, Engineering) to resolve blockers and keep timelines on track
  • Identify process gaps in the intake and delivery pipeline and recommend improvements that increase throughput and consistency
  • Configure and manage API-based integrations using a combination of configuration modules and data mapping (SQL, JSON, SOQL)
  • Perform data validation and troubleshooting across integrated systems using tools like Postman, Metabase, and Workbench
  • Develop and maintain setup procedures for new and existing integrations as they evolve
  • Create and maintain integration playbooks, setup guides, and internal runbooks
  • Produce clear, accessible documentation that allows sales and CS to accurately represent integration scope and timelines
  • Translate technical concepts into language appropriate for internal non-technical stakeholders and, when needed, customers

  • Additional insurance coverage options for life, accident, or critical illness.
  • Flexible paid time off, sick leave, short-term and long-term disability.
  • 10 US observed holidays, and Canadian statutory holidays by province.
  • A home office stipend.
