About The Position

About Axya Axya is building AI-powered technology to transform how manufacturers source and procure parts. Our platform connects manufacturers with suppliers and automates sourcing, quoting, and procurement workflows. We are looking for an Integration Specialist to help connect our platform with customer systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and reliable integrations. Role Overview As an Integration Specialist at Axya, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining integrations between the Axya platform and external systems such as ERP, CRM, supplier systems, and other third-party tools. You will work closely with customers, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding and reliable system connectivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in system integrations, technical implementation, or solutions engineering.
  • Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Experience with data mapping, ETL processes, or middleware platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in SaaS platforms or B2B technology companies.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or procurement systems.
  • Experience with iPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier, Boomi, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, or scripting for data transformations.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain system integrations between Axya and external platforms (ERP, CRM, supplier systems, etc.).
  • Configure and support API integrations, webhooks, and data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather integration requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, data synchronization errors, and API failures.
  • Support customer onboarding by helping configure and validate integrations.
  • Document integration workflows, technical configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Monitor integration performance and reliability.
  • Work closely with engineering to improve integration frameworks and scalability.
  • Participate in testing and validating integrations before production deployment.
