About The Position

Boeing is seeking aspiring technicians to join our Integration Specialist Technician Apprenticeship program in Huntsville, AL. This program is designed to equip new teammates with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The program is a full-time, company-sponsored on-the-job training program that lasts for 4 weeks. Upon completion, participants will have demonstrated the ability to perform the work of an Integration Specialist Technician, including following detailed work instructions, utilizing tools and equipment, routing and bundling cables, assembling wire harnesses, performing mechanical and structural torquing, and executing mechanical and electronic assembly to ensure defect-free work and safety. The apprenticeship is a registered program recognized by the Department of Labor (DOL), offering formal learning, on-the-job experiences, and mentorship, culminating in a nationally-recognized credential. Graduates may have the opportunity to convert to a union-represented Integration Specialist Technician position.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Experience using basic tools
Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
An Interim U.S secret clearance Pre-start and final U.S. secret clearance Post-start is required.

Responsibilities

Following detailed work instructions
