About The Position

Boeing is seeking aspiring technicians to join our Integration Specialist Technician Apprenticeship program in Huntsville, AL. This program is designed to equip new teammates with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Boeing is one of the largest aerospace companies in Alabama, with over 3,000 employees and a significant role in U.S. defense, space, and security programs for over 60 years. The company develops integrated air and missile defense systems, including the PAC-3 seeker. Employees participate in a full-time, company-sponsored on-the-job training program. The Integration Specialist Technician program focuses on developing skills for a manufacturing environment through structured assignments leading to course completion. The cohort is a 5-week program, after which candidates will demonstrate proficiency in tasks such as following work instructions, using tools and equipment, routing cables, assembling wire harnesses, mechanical and structural torquing, and performing mechanical and electronic assembly to ensure defect-free work and safety.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Experience using basic tools
Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
An Interim U.S secret clearance Pre-start and final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
