About The Position

Boeing is seeking aspiring technicians to join our Integration Specialist Technician Apprenticeship program in Huntsville, AL. This program is designed to equip new teammates with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Boeing is one of the largest aerospace companies in Alabama, with a history of playing a vital role in U.S. defense, space, and security programs. The Integration Specialist Technician program is a full-time, company-sponsored on-the-job training program structured to provide learning experiences that lead to course completion within a skill area. The cohort is a 4-week program, after which candidates will demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the work of an Integration Specialist Technician. This includes following detailed work instructions, identifying and utilizing required tools and equipment, routing and bundling cables, assembling wire harnesses, performing mechanical and structural torquing, and executing mechanical and electronic assembly to ensure defect-free work and safety.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Experience using basic tools
Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
An Interim U.S secret clearance Pre-start and final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
