About The Position

Boeing is seeking aspiring technicians for its Integration Specialist Technician Apprenticeship program in Huntsville, AL. This full-time, company-sponsored on-the-job training program is designed to equip new team members with the skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The 4-week program focuses on developing foundational skills in areas such as following detailed work instructions, utilizing tools and equipment, cable management, wire harness assembly, mechanical and structural torquing, and performing mechanical and electronic assembly to ensure defect-free work and safety. Upon completion, apprentices will have demonstrated the necessary competencies to perform the role of an Integration Specialist Technician. The program is recognized by the Department of Labor (DOL) as a Registered Apprenticeship, offering formal learning, on-the-job experience, mentorship, and a nationally-recognized credential upon graduation.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Experience using basic tools
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance (requires US Citizenship)
Ability to obtain an Interim U.S secret clearance Pre-start and final U.S. secret clearance Post-start
Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
