About The Position

The Integration Planner will facilitate established governance and organization leadership processes, ensuring discussions are well prepared, organized, and effectively supported. This role involves preparing leadership materials, decision support resources, and briefing content to enable productive organization discussions. The Integration Planner will integrate information from multiple organizational sources to support informed leadership decision-making and ensure organization decisions, action items, and follow-up activities are clearly documented and connected across leadership processes. Additionally, the role will identify opportunities to improve governance processes and Organization System Integration methods through practical experience. The Integration Planner will integrate operational, financial, clinical, quality, workforce, and strategic information into leadership-ready materials and organization performance summaries, synthesizing information from multiple sources to highlight meaningful organizational patterns, trends, and dependencies. This role supports leadership teams in developing a common understanding of organization performance through clear and meaningful synthesis and identifies opportunities to strengthen organization performance monitoring through improved integration, organization, and presentation of information. The Integration Planner supports organization prioritization processes by preparing leadership discussions, integrating information, and coordinating planning activities, connecting organization priorities with operational planning, improvement initiatives, and implementation activities across multiple organizational areas. The role identifies organizational dependencies, competing priorities, and opportunities to improve alignment, maintaining visibility of organization priorities as work progresses across governance, planning, and implementation activities. The Integration Planner also connects leaders, initiatives, and workstreams requiring coordination across organizational boundaries, identifying organizational dependencies, communication needs, and potential barriers to coordinated execution. This role facilitates communication across leadership teams to maintain alignment throughout planning and implementation and supports coordination of organization initiatives by ensuring information, decisions, and next steps remain connected. Finally, the Integration Planner captures lessons learned from organizational initiatives, recommends refinements to governance and integration processes, supports the development of standardized frameworks and tools, and contributes to improved organizational coordination capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of related experience
