Integration Leads support the success of Big Brand Tire & Service by ensuring that newly acquired team members can effectively perform Big Brand Tire & Services’ processes and procedures within the timeframe outlined in the integration schedule. This role involves implementing training programs, delivering various training sessions, performing asset and inventory valuations, conducting skill gap analyses, and supporting newly acquired store teams to achieve sales and earnings targets. The Integration Lead is responsible for the on-time delivery and project completion of integration plans, identifying and resolving roadblocks, and providing guidance on integration and implementation approaches for acquisitions. They will also define and lead multiple projects, manage strategy development, implementation, and adoption, and support transaction teams throughout the due diligence and integration phases. Additionally, this role involves supporting the creation of executive-level analysis, attending integration/operations meetings, documenting lessons learned, and assisting with other projects as needed. When not in an active integration, the Integration Lead may be assigned to train new hires or retrain existing team members.
