About The Position

Join SpotOn’s Boomi Integrations team to design, build, and maintain mission-critical integrations supporting Quote-to-Cash infrastructure. The role connects Salesforce, NetSuite, payment systems, and internal platforms serving thousands of merchants through real-time, batch, and event-driven architectures. The engineer develops and supports integrations across order management, billing, CRM, and Quote-to-Cash processes. The work includes modernizing SOAP services to REST APIs, implementing authentication upgrades and data-integrity safeguards, monitoring production systems, troubleshooting integration issues, and translating business needs into technical designs and documentation. The position also uses AI coding assistants to accelerate development while maintaining quality. The environment includes more than 30 integrations and thousands of daily transactions, with up to 40,000 or more records per month per integration. Integrations support merchant onboarding, billing, equipment, and fulfillment, and may involve multi-tier discounts, usage billing, subscriptions, and RMAs. The technology stack includes Boomi Molecule, Grafana, Jira, Confluence, and AI tools. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience building production integrations with Boomi.
Experience integrating Salesforce and NetSuite, including Account/Contact synchronization, Orders, Sales/Invoices, RMAs, OAuth 2.0, SuiteQL, Saved Searches, and REST/SOAP.
Knowledge of API patterns including REST, SOAP, webhooks, pub/sub, batch, and real-time listeners.
Experience with data integrity practices such as idempotency, retry logic, and error queues.
Troubleshooting skills involving logs, API debugging, and transformation errors.
Ability to embrace AI tools while maintaining code quality, design defensively, write clear documentation and actionable errors, and bridge technical and business stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

Professional certification in Boomi or an equivalent integration platform.
Experience with AI tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Rovo Dev, or ChatGPT.
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, or Workday.
Experience with payment platforms such as Stripe, Braintree, or Adyen.
Experience with AWS services including SQS, S3, or Lambda.

Responsibilities

Develop integrations for Salesforce, NetSuite, payment, billing, and internal APIs.
Lead design sessions for Order Management, Billing, CRM, and Quote-to-Cash.
Migrate SOAP services to REST APIs, including work with complex saved searches and multi-table joins.
Implement OAuth 2.0 upgrades and security best practices.
Build error handling and retry logic to support data consistency.
Monitor production systems through Grafana and respond to alerts.
Troubleshoot integrations using execution logs, API responses, and transformations.
Translate business requirements into technical designs.
Document integrations in Confluence, including mappings and acceptance criteria.
Use AI tools such as Claude Code, Rovo Dev, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate work.
Monitor builds, respond to alerts, and proactively address issues.
Communicate across technical and business stakeholders.
