About The Position

We are seeking a full-time integration analyst based in RTP, NC. As an Integration Analyst, you will enable our pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners to transfer data critical to study success. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal project management and technical delivery team members to build study-specific data integrations for partners. Your primary responsibilities will include working with integration partners to gather requirements, translate requirements into technical specifications, and write the integrations. You will also manage concurrent data integration projects, troubleshoot existing data integrations, and create project documentation. We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for client service, possess the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, execute tasks with precision, and exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • A good understanding of relational database design principles, including normalization, primary/foreign key relationships, and schema architecture.
  • Proven ability to analyze and traverse complex data models to extract, query, and manipulate data efficiently using SQL.
  • A good understanding of basic development principles and practices, ability to read/write and test code.
  • Knowledge of software practices including git, branching, code releases.
  • Experience with SQL, APIs, and database systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Ruby or Python is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own pharma/biotechnology integration partners through data transfer and data integration projects of various size and scope.
  • Balance and organize priorities and responsibilities tied to concurrent projects as well as supporting new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand business needs and translate them into requirements for data processing configuration.
  • Establish expertise in proprietary integration framework and processes.
  • Develop industry understanding of the various data partners and their roles, from a systems and data perspective (specifically in clinical trial oversight and patient screening workflows).
  • Own data transfers end to end. Configure, build, code, test, deploy, support, and maintain data transfers.
  • Troubleshoot existing client data transfers and integrations.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the integration product team to test and maintain existing tools as well as identify new functionalities.
  • Create documentation and project plans from scratch for new initiatives.
