About The Position
Intelligent Video Solutions (IVS) is a Wisconsin-based software company headquartered in Sussex, serving customers throughout North America and internationally. IVS develops and supports video observation and recording solutions, including its VALT software, used in clinical skills training, education, and law enforcement. The Integrated System Assembler joins the operations team and performs assembly, configuration, testing, documentation, inventory, and warehouse support duties.
Requirements
- One year of experience in an assembly role is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple duties efficiently and accurately.
- Creativity and a strong independent work ethic.
- Ability to quickly understand technology.
Nice To Haves
- General understanding of AV.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and warehouse management systems (Fishbowl).
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble ROAM Carts and other IVS accessories.
- Draft and update assembly procedures and product revision documents.
- Assemble and configure IVS appliances.
- Back up the Shipping and Receiving Department.
- Perform pre-fabrication, assembly, and configuration duties when needed.
- Test defective equipment for warranty returns.
- Assist with management of all inventory.
- Perform warehouse housekeeping and follow established safety practices and policies.
