Requirements

Exposure to a network scheduling tool ( e.g. MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc)
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Experiences developing and delivering presentations
Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain TS/SCI clearance

Nice To Haves

Bachelor degree preferred
Active TS/SCI
Understanding of EVM
Understanding of critical path analysis
Understanding of the Program Performance Management Process
Demonstrated competency in integrating cost/schedule
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experiences achieving team-oriented objectives
Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
Strong sense of follow-up and closure with attention to detail
Self-starter able to operate with minimal guidance
Program solving skills to identify and resolve challenges arising in dynamic situations
Makes sound decisions quickly and efficiently, even with limited information or under time constraints
Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines

Responsibilities

Plan and manage detailed schedule networks across global security portfolios
Work with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline
Develop compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy
Ensure all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused
Generate IMS metric reports and analysis
Perform schedule integrity checks
Ensure compliance with LM Corporate Program Performance Management and Program Planning policies and practices
Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance
