We are seeking an experienced Integrated Program Planner at Naval Base Kitsap – Bangor located near Silverdale, Washington to provide support to Navy and Lockheed Martin Customers for sustainment of Trident II submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Well organized and detail-oriented
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Project or other project management software
Demonstrated success performing in a team environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance with an Interim Secret clearance obtained prior to start; U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

Advanced knowledge of program and/or project management principles, practices, and tools
5+ years of experience in planning or program management related discipline
Advanced Microsoft Office and project management software skillset
Experience with MES and SAP/ERP applications
Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Experience
Demonstrated experience delivering briefings and written communications to internal and external customers
Possess strong critical thinking skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple/changing priorities
Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

Developing, compliant Integrated Master Schedules which accurately validate the flow required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.
Maintaining schedules, performing probabilistic / deterministic risk analysis, and identifying critical/driving paths while developing solutions for deviations along with network logic validation/deconfliction.
Providing the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and developing recommended solutions to programmatic execution risk and/or conflicts.
Utilizing performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.
Partnering with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.
Interfacing with, preparing materials for, and presenting/briefing to program management, senior management and the customer in an efficient and professional manner.
Preparing/coordinating the development of planning artifacts for solicited responses.
Developing actionable plans through analysis of requirements and data.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and customer to gather information and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
Training others as required.
