About The Position

This position is for an Integrated Product Support (IPS) professional. This person will work under minimal to moderate supervision establishing and executing business plans, managing customer return goods, and shall serve as the Integrated Product Support point of contact to internal customers. This role supports execution of the 12 Elements of Integrated Product Support. Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience with Integrated Product Support and the 12 elements of logistics.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite/O365 collaboration tools.
  • Experience with Collins' sustainment process and product movement.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to read and interpret Statements of Work (SOW), contracts and delivery orders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with execution of Program Contractual Requirements within schedule and budget.
  • Create and analyze program metrics and status.
  • Responsible for pulling data for IPS bids and proposals.
  • Understanding and execution of Customer Contracts and Sub-Contracts.
  • Collects data and analysis in support of the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes including coordinating preparations of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operating budgets, specifications and financial conditions of contracts.
  • Equipment and parts Inventory.
  • Coordinates customer action item responses to meet customer program objectives.
  • Maintains program templates, metrics and presentation materials to ensure information on program status and performance is available for further analysis.
