About The Position

Change Grow Live is a charity dedicated to helping individuals change the direction of their lives, grow as individuals, and live life to its full potential. As a Case Manager in the Integrated Offender Management team, you will work with individuals involved in the criminal justice system to reduce offending and reoffending, thereby minimizing harm to service users and the wider community. This role is based in Leeds city centre and focuses on reducing serious acquisitive crime and domestic abuse incidents. You will collaborate with professionals from various sectors including police, probation, drug and alcohol services, housing, social care, and employment services, emphasizing strong partnership working.

Requirements

  • Experience of supporting and advising people involved in the justice system.
  • Knowledge of the Criminal Justice system.
  • Experience of working within Criminal Justice Partnerships.
  • Excellent understanding of issues affecting those involved within the criminal justice system such as drug and alcohol issues.
  • Knowledge of effective interventions that lead to reduction in reoffending and improved well being and health.
  • Excellent engagement skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with people who are involved in the criminal justice system, reducing offending and reoffending related harm to service users and the wider community.
  • Work as part of the Integrated Offender Management team based in Leeds city centre reducing offending and reoffending related harm to service users and the wider community.
  • Support people involved in the criminal justice system with a focus on reducing serious acquisitive crime and domestic abuse incidents.
  • Conduct personalised assessments for referrals from criminal justice partners.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions alongside practical support and safeguarding.
  • Engage with individuals involved in the justice system.
