Requirements

  • 1.5–3 years of media planning and/or digital buying experience within a media agency.
  • Working knowledge of full-funnel, cross-channel media, including Digital (Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, Content, Display), Print, TV/OTT, OOH, and Audio.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and report on KPIs.
  • Familiarity with media tools such as Google Analytics, DoubleClick/DFA, Google Data Studio, Prisma, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and media partners.
  • Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expertise in Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Financial Services experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day planning and stewardship of assigned client business.
  • Assist in developing integrated media plan recommendations across tactical and custom activations aligned to client goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and help develop insights, key takeaways, and optimization recommendations.
  • Support budget management, flowcharts, and campaign pacing to ensure accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
  • Develop RFPs and coordinate with media partners under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Maintain visibility into active projects across planning, digital, and investment teams.
  • Support client communications by responding promptly and professionally to requests.
  • Assist with project timelines and help coordinate cross-functional inputs to meet deadlines.
