About The Position

This role is for an Integrated Marketing Manager to help translate OpenAI's products, their value propositions, and the broader brand strategy into audience-specific, globally relevant marketing programs. The manager will shape how people discover, understand, adopt, and engage with products across markets and customer journey stages. This involves connecting product narratives, audience insights, cultural context, and business goals into strategies that make advanced technology clear, useful, and human. It's a high-impact individual contributor role for a marketer experienced in product marketing, brand strategy, audience research, and international growth. The role involves developing segmentation frameworks, lifecycle and go-to-market programs, regional insights, and partnership opportunities, then collaborating with various teams to implement them. The work will integrate launches, product education, customer engagement, and storytelling into a cohesive journey from awareness to advocacy. OpenAI values creativity as a team sport, emphasizing curiosity, kindness, and a balance of craft and decisiveness.
