About The Position

GE Vernova is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to join its Global Brand team. This role offers the chance to help shape and scale a newly launched global brand. The position involves working across advertising, paid media, and brand sponsorships, collaborating with internal teams and agency partners. It is ideal for individuals early in their careers with foundational experience (consulting or agency experience is a plus), who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to learn the end-to-end process of building modern, global brands. The role requires both strategic input and hands-on execution to ensure integrated campaigns are consistent across markets and channels, while operating at scale within a growing, high-visibility company. Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in marketing and/or advertising.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Exposure to integrated marketing campaigns across all digital and non-traditional channels.
  • Comfortable and energized working in fast-moving, evolving environments.
  • Clear, confident communication skills — written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of integrated global brand campaigns across advertising, media, and sponsorships.
  • Help manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment across channels, markets, and partners.
  • Partner closely with media and creative agencies to support planning, execution, and optimization across digital, social, and select traditional platforms.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with teams across the organization.
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance, pulling insights, and helping translate results into learnings and optimizations.
  • Support the planning and execution of signature brand moments and sponsorships that reinforce GE Vernova’s leadership and purpose.
