About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Integrated Marketing Analyst who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing various marketing communication strategies to effectively promote our company, products, and services. You will collaborate with agency partners and different FDM teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels, including digital platforms, traditional media, and events. They will focus on attracting and maintaining a customer base by developing and implementing strategies to convey product and service value. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing communication roles, preferable in a similar industry.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing communication

Nice To Haves

Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite), a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with agency partners to design comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and target audience demographics.
Manage agency partners to create compelling content for various communication channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, press releases, and advertising materials.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels, maintaining brand integrity and identity.
Oversee and collaborate with agency partners assigned to digital marketing initiatives, including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with PR agency partner (to build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to generate positive media coverage and PR opportunities.
Plan and execute marketing events, donations, sponsorships and exhibitions to showcase products/services and engage with customers/consumers.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns and make informed decisions.
Manage the marketing communication budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Collaborate with agency partners and FDM cross-functional teams, including brand management, sales, and creative services, to align marketing communication efforts with business goals.
Collaborate with agency partners on measurement and analytics for all programming and prepare regular reports on marketing communication performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
