About The Position

This role is responsible for executing the annual audit plan, which includes scheduling, conducting pre-audit meetings, kick-off meetings, performing audits, issuing reports, managing non-conformities, and verifying corrective actions. The specialist will also conduct internal system-related training, execute special investigations for abnormalities, and contribute to the improvement and optimization of the integrated management system and processes. Additionally, the role involves compiling management system documentation, ensuring standardized control throughout the company, and preparing monthly work reports while managing personal KPI performance.

Requirements

• Ability to read, understand, and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
• 2+ years manufacturing field experience, quality preferred
• College degree preferred or significant relevant work experience
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
• Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, very good oral and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
• Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills
• Familiar with manufacturing principle and technological process of automotive glass
• Familiar with the company's quality policy, objectives and commitments
• Have knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system
• Have knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001 system
• Familiar with the Five Tools, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, including Control Plan
• Good planning, organization, and leadership skill
• Strong sense of responsibility and flexibility; be able to actively deal with problems
• Automotive safety glass regulatory standards and internal control standards
• VDA Process Audit 6.3
• Understanding of lean, 6 Sigma and 5S
• Certificate qualification: IATF16949/ISO14001/ISO45001/ISO17025/VDA6.3 internal auditor certificate, process auditor certificate, etc.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation of the annual audit plan (system audit, process audit, customer audit, third party audit) to ensure that it is completed on time.
• Responsible for audit schedule, pre-audit preparation meeting, audit kick-off meeting, audit implementation, audit report, non-conformity item issuance, corrective action verification and closure.
• Responsible for communication and cooperation with relevant internal departments to improve and optimize the integrated management system and process.
• Compile management system manual, MT, WI; carry out standardized control throughout the company in accordance with document record management requirements.
• Responsible for integrated management system knowledge training, including training for newly recruited employees.
• Carry out special investigations on abnormalities, write reports, and track and close the problems found.
• Preparation of personal monthly work report, manage personal KPI performance, analyze and improve, and strive for outstanding individual awards.
• Other duties as assigned
