About The Position

As an Integrated Logistics Support Manager - Level 4 for the Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM), you will support one or more AMMM C-130 or C-5 sustainment contracts. You will have primary & overall responsibility to integrate all Sustainment activities for the programs to include but are not limited to: Oversee implementation and integration of sustainment capabilities, including support equipment, spares, repairs, kit management, technical manuals, training, material requirements, supplier coordination, activation, modification, and depot support. Serve as the single point of accountability for all logistics and sustainment functions across the program. Lead the development of sustainment cost estimates, proposals, sub contracts, and SSOWs (Scope of Work). Provide technical direction to internal teams and external contractors on logistics best practices and contract compliance. Create, implement, and maintain the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (or program specific equivalent). Conduct continuous oversight of ILS activities, ensuring plans remain current, complete, and aligned with program objectives. Prepare and deliver internal and external executive level presentations. Ensure consistent messaging and clear communication of logistics status, risks, and recommendations. Track performance of existing sustainment processes; analyze effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. Develop and champion concepts of operations (Con Ops) to enhance productivity, reduce cost, and increase efficiency. Act as the primary logistics liaison for contractors and the customer. Coordinate cross functional support from all program and sustainment areas to meet schedule, cost, and performance goals. Identify issues addressable by Lockheed Martin, present findings to senior leadership, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) disciplines such as Supply, Provisioning, Technical Publications, Field Services, Support Equipment and Training, and/or relevant experience as an ILS manager
  • Experience working with internal and/or external customers with familiarity with customer support elements (i.e. project management, managing cost/schedule/budget, managing to program deadlines)
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams (i.e. Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management)
  • Experience developing and leading presentations to senior officials, executives, and/or program leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with C-130 and/or C-5 platforms.
  • Working knowledge of the Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Risk Management, Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) process, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)/Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
  • Experience with Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs)
  • Earned Value Management/CAM experience
  • Experience with performance-based metrics and how those metrics relate to sustainment core competencies
  • Knowledge of Estimating and Proposal Development
