Reporting to the Manager of Community Health Operations, the Integrated Health Operations Supervisor assists program development, coordinates operational deployment, and provides supervisory support across the provincial Integrated Health Operations portfolio (including but not limited to Community Paramedicine and the Medical Communication Centre Clinical Team). The position supports the planning, implementation, and ongoing operation of new and existing Integrated Health Operations programs, working closely with internal and external partners to identify opportunities for program growth, service improvement, and operational expansion. The Supervisor helps ensure programs continue to meet or exceed patient, client, and customer service expectations. The role provides operational support to staff working within Integrated Health Operations and collaborates with Organizational Support and Readiness, Interprofessional Practice and Learning, Performance Improvement, and Operations to support resourcing, service readiness, operational efficiency, staff development, and divisional alignment. As a key operational resource, the Supervisor supports day-to-day continuity, consistency, and readiness across the Integrated Health Operations portfolio. Key responsibilities include supporting new program development, maintaining procedures and processes, monitoring scheduling requirements, conducting Service Inquiries, liaising with partners, supporting paramedic staff development, and providing coverage for the Manager of Community Health Operations during periods of absence.
