About The Position
This internship role is within the Integrated Controls Systems (ICS) capability group, which is part of Rolls-Royce Engineering, Technology and Safety. The ICS group comprises diverse engineering disciplines including Software (traditional and model-based), Systems, Electronics, Electrical Power, Mechanical, and Product Security. The team collaborates on design, integration, testing, service support, and supply chain management to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Working towards an undergraduate degree in computer engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, systems engineering, mechanical engineering, and/or related degree
- Eager to collaborate across cross-functional teams, ask insightful questions, and break down problem statements into clear, actionable solutions
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage tasks from concept to completion
- Able to convey information clearly through strong written and verbal skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders from individual contributors to leadership
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

- Capturing and validating customer requirements

- Conducting tests on live real-time simulation platforms
