About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Associate or Analyst to join our Integrated Client Strategy team in New York. The team sits at a unique vantage point, synthesizing consolidated data and insights across Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Wealth Management, and Investment Management. This role offers an end to end understanding of how the Firm brings its full suite of products and capabilities to clients in an integrated, coordinated way. You’ll analyze complex client activity and exposures, translate data into clear strategic narratives, and help align stakeholders on where relationships are headed, not just where they’ve been. The work directly supports the Firm’s most senior decision makers, providing a shared fact base for rigorous, coordinated decisions.

Requirements

Experience creating content for senior audiences or clients, with a strong ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Broad product experience across financial services is preferred; specialization is not required.
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to produce high-quality presentations and reports.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work through difficult situations and remain persistent in the face of challenges.
At least 2+ years of experience

Responsibilities

Contribute to client reporting and strategy efforts, helping to analyze the full breadth of client activities with Morgan Stanley.
Create clear, insightful content and narratives that communicate the value and depth of our client relationships, tailored for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Demonstrate persistence and resourcefulness in navigating uncertainty and overcoming obstacles in client strategy and reporting.
Create, maintain, and socialize global key client lists
