The Manager, Integrated Marketing Strategy will support the development of DaVita’s direct-to-patient engagement strategy, designing integrated, omnichannel journeys that strengthen patient relationships, improve retention, and enhance the overall patient experience. This role will drive development of engagement strategies and campaign frameworks across key journey moments, translating patient needs, business objectives, and data insights into scalable strategies and programs. Engagement journeys may include moments such as onboarding, the first 90 days of care, hospitalization, and re-engagement. The Manager will partner closely with Digital Marketing, Business teams, and other cross-functional teams to shape integrated patient strategies across channels including email, SMS, direct mail, and digital product experiences. This role focuses on strategic journey design and campaign frameworks, partnering with technical teams who execute campaigns within enterprise marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
