Integrated Campaign Strategist

HURRDAT LLCOmaha, NE
$68,000 - $76,000Onsite

About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on strategic leader to connect client business goals with the creative, content, production, media, and measurement decisions that bring campaigns to life. This person will own the integrated campaign plan for assigned clients — what we create, why we create it, which existing assets we use, what needs to be produced, where and when the work runs, and how results shape the next campaign. The initial focus will be a major automotive account with multiple locations and a broad mix of marketing channels, with success leading to extending the approach to other Hurrdat clients. This role leads campaign strategy through close partnership with account and functional leaders.

Requirements

  • Typically seven or more years of relevant experience in integrated marketing, campaign strategy, creative strategy, or brand planning; no specific degree required.
  • Experience leading campaigns from business objective and creative brief through production, launch, and performance review.
  • Strong creative judgment and an understanding of how content should change across audiences, formats, and channels.
  • The ability to make practical production decisions within budget, resource, and timing constraints.
  • Confidence presenting recommendations to clients and explaining strategic choices.
  • Strong organization and follow-through across multiple teams and competing deadlines.
  • Comfort using performance data to improve creative and campaign decisions.
  • Work examples that demonstrate individual contribution and the results or lessons that followed.
  • Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Agency experience is valuable.
  • Experience with automotive, retail, businesses with multiple locations, sports partnerships, podcasts, or talent-driven content is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Translate client goals, audience insights, offers, and performance data into clear campaign strategies.
  • Develop actionable creative briefs that define messaging, content needs, formats, placements, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Determine when campaigns need new production, new concepts, updates to existing content, or better use of available assets.
  • Connect video, paid and organic social, web, podcasts, sports partnerships, talent, and other media into a coordinated plan.
  • Partner with creative and production teams to select effective concepts, talent, formats, and production approaches.
  • Align account, creative, production, media, and analytics teams around campaign priorities and timely decisions.
  • Build client approvals, brand requirements, usage rights, and applicable advertising requirements into campaign planning.
  • Ensure approved assets reach channel teams with clear instructions, correct versions, and agreed launch dates.
  • Review results with media and analytics partners, then turn those findings into specific creative tests and campaign improvements.
