The Integrated Account Manager (IAM) is an embedded, site-based role responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational execution and relationship management of assigned large or complex customer accounts. This role serves as a consistent on-site presence, ensuring alignment between the customer’s operational needs and Stellar’s products, services, and programs. The IAM works closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams to support service delivery, resolve issues, identify process improvements, and communicate opportunities for enhanced value. This position is designed for customer environments that benefit from dedicated, hands-on coordination and operational partnership.
